With their delicate flavor, these Cocktail Crab Claws are excellent when paired with a remoulade sauce or melted butter. These wild caught snow crab claws are partially shelled, making serving and enjoying a breeze.

Also included in the collection is our Grilled Shrimp Cocktail, featuring jumbo shrimp lightly seasoned with salt and garlic, then grilled to perfection. The Grilled Shrimp Cocktail comes paired with a zesty, seafood cocktail sauce. The shrimp arrive cooked—simply thaw and serve for a delightful seafood appetizer that will delight your taste buds and impress your guests.

Our Seafood Cocktail Collection includes:

Cocktail Crab Claws: the sweet, succulent meat of the snow crab reflects its home in the ocean waters. Our Cocktail Crab Claws are partially shelled, making serving a breeze. 2 lbs. total, about 40-50 claws.
Grilled Shrimp Cocktail: jumbo shrimp are lightly grilled and served with a zesty cocktail sauce. Simply thaw and serve. 1.5 lbs. shrimp (about 32-36) and 8 oz. cocktail sauce.

Cocktail Crab Claws:
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight and serve chilled.
From Frozen: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place claws onto a baking sheet and bake for about four minutes.
Suggested Cocktail Sauce Recipe:

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1-2 tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.

Grilled Shrimp Cocktail: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Thaw shrimp and cocktail sauce under refrigeration for 12 hours and serve. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
