Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham



Raised on family farms, this Duroc heritage ham is perfect for your Sunday dinner or brunch buffet. The all-natural cured hams are smoked over real hardwood in small batches and are free of hormones, nitrates, and preservatives. The result is a ham full of smoky, deep flavors that won over our panel of tasters who kept coming back for seconds. Sure to be a hit with your family, the hams arrive spiral sliced, making carving a breeze.

Fully cooked, just gently warm. Completely thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve the liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in a roasting pan. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in the oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, which will result in dryness.


Curing Ingredients: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
