To achieve a bigger volume, defrost the French butter Croissants or stuffed Croissants before baking by leaving the pastries out at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 380°F (360°F if using convection). Place the French Croissants on a greased baking tray, allowing space for growth during baking. Bake the Croissants for 16 minutes at 360°F if thawed and 20 minutes if frozen. The Croissants will be nicely browned when done.

Note: Ovens vary; if the Croissants are not baked thoroughly, lower the temperature by 10° and add two minutes. Keep the frozen Croissants in the freezer at 0°F or below until use. Do not refreeze the dough after defrosting. Raw Croissants must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F before consumption.
