Overview

Calamari, with its mild flavor, is very versatile. Covered in a light breading highlighted with salt and pepper, the tender calamari is only seasoned lightly to enhance the fresh flavor. It couldn’t be any easier, just bake and serve.
Remove all packaging before cooking. Calamari should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Bake from frozen: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil. Bake for 6 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown
