1 - Smith Island Cake (8”): a testament to generations of baking artistry in the Chesapeake Bay, this cake has delicate layers of rich, moist yellow cake, each topped with decadent chocolate icing
1 - Lemon Cheesecake Squares (8”): the tartness of these sublime lemon cheesecake squares is balanced by the richness of creamy cheesecake with a buttery shortbread crust and a sweet crumble top, arrives unsliced

Apple Pie: Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place pie on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 50-60 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Do not let the bag touch the side of the oven or heating element.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy top crust.

Smith Island Cake:
Original: Remove plastic wrap from the cake prior to thawing. To serve, thaw cake overnight at room temperature and serve once cake has completely thawed.
OR
Revised: For best results remove product packaging prior to thawing, thaw overnight under refrigeration and bring to room temperature prior to serving. Excess products may be stored wrapped and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.

Lemon Cheesecake Squares: Defrost at room temperature for about 1 hour and serve. Serving Suggestion: To obtain neater squares, slice while still partially frozen. For an elegant touch top with powdered sugar.
