Run tap water over frozen sealed pouch to loosen sauce. Empty sauce into a pan and heat over medium flame, stirring gently until sauce thaws and boils (about 6 minutes). Add the frozen seafood and stir gently until seafood is cooked (about 4 minutes).

Do not overcook. May contain shell fragments. A note on Mussels: The mussels are pre-cooked. Some may open further during cooking while others may remain shut. Open or shut, they are all delicious and safe to eat. So don't give up on the closed ones, pry them open - it's well worth the effort!
