This authentic Cioppino recipe is full of delicious seafood and deep, rich flavors. Thaw sauce pouches under refrigeration for 24 hours. Empty sauce pouches into a medium sized pan and heat over medium flame, stirring gently until sauce thaws and simmers (about 6-10 minutes). Add the frozen seafood and stir gently until seafood is fully cooked (about 10 minutes). If the Cioppino is too thick, add 1/2 to 1 cup of water to the base. Cioppino should reach an internal temperature of 165°F before consumption. Serve with garlic bread and/or a side of pasta, if desired.
