The taste of the scallops is enhanced by the mildly tart citrus, then topped with seasoned panko bread crumbs and presented in an authentic scallop shell. Thaw under refrigeration for 24 hours before cooking. Remove plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place Scallop shells on a sheet pan and bake for 12-14 minutes.
