Conventional Oven: Allow product to thaw under refrigeration for at least 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray pan with cooking spray. Allow to cook for 12-14 minutes or until product is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Pan Sauté: Preheat sauté pan with 1 Tbsp oil. Cook crab cake on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Flip crab cake and cook on the other side for 5-6 minutes or until product is fully cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow to rest for 1 minute and serve.
