Cream of Crab Soup: Thaw product under refrigeration for 12-24 hours prior to cooking.
Stovetop: Use a double boiler or saucepan. Set burner to low/medium heat while stirring product continually until soup simmers and reaches 165°F. Be careful not to break up the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat.
Microwave: Use a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4-5 minutes stirring at 1-minute intervals until the product is heated through and reaches 165°F.

Filets: Cook from thawed. Thaw completely under refrigeration.
Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium, and 8 minutes per side for well-done.
Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.
Air Fry: From Frozen. Preheat air fryer to 375. Lay cakes at least 1 inch apart in basket. Cook for 14-16 minutes or until an internal temperature or 165 degrees is reached. Remove from basket and serve.

Macaroni & Cheese:
Microwave: Cut a 1" slit in the film. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the film and place the tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes if thawed) until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. The internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: Do not overcook. Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Chocolate Soufflés: Must be baked before consumption.
Remove plastic wrap and lid and wipe edge of ramekin to remove any mix. Place ramekins on baking sheet. If thawed, bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes. If frozen, bake for 20-24 minutes. Bake until the top of the soufflé is puffed and slightly soft in the center.
Product will be very hot. Use caution when handling. Serve immediately and enjoy! If thawed, may be refrigerated up to 2 days. Heating times may vary depending on oven.
