This Southern-style casserole is full of Gulf shrimp and crab blended with mushrooms and Cheddar and Swiss cheese for a rich, satisfying meal. Serve it alongside a beef filet, or as a hearty dip during a cold winter Sunday. Fancy enough for company, but we think you'll want to keep it for yourself. One 2 lb. pan, serves 4.

Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from plastic bag, cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, remove foil and heat another 10 minutes before serving.
