Please note: Our Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham requires 2-3 days to thaw under refrigeration. Please order early.

Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham: Completely thaw in refrigerator. Requires 2-3 days to thaw in the refrigerator from fully frozen.
Fully cooked, just gently warm. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in roasting pan. If desired, rub dry honey glaze (included) over ham before baking. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, which will result in dryness.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil and place tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Do not overcook. Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Caramel Apple Pie:
Let “Pie in a Bag” thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours. To reheat to serve warm, place “Pie in a Bag” on baking sheet and heat at 425°F for 8–10 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Please keep pie in the bag when baking. Do not let the bag touch the sides of oven or heating elements. Do not remove bag until ready to serve.
Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy broken top crust.
