Spanikopita: For best results cook from a frozen state. Remove from plastic tray and place onto baking pan about ½” apart. Approximate cooking times: cheese items preheat and bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes. Cook until golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on calibration of oven and number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.
Stuffed Pork Loin: Best if cooked from thawed state. Thaw 24-48 hours under refrigeration. Roast uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven. Do not add water. Allow 35 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Green Bean Almondine: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen, (preferred method), cook for 20-25 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated throughout. Stir halfway through heating time. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes and serve.
Kettle Cooked Spiced Apples: From frozen: Place bag in large pot and put in enough water to cover the bag completely. Turn on medium high heat and bring to a boil and let simmer for about 15 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Apples can also be thawed under refrigeration overnight up to 48 hours. Cut open bag and pour into small sauce pan. Gently simmer over low-medium heat until hot. 165°F. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Individual appliances vary - these are guidelines only.
Lemon Bundt: Thaw and serve.
