This all-American grilling feast features your backyard barbecue favorites. This meal will have everyone singing the National Anthem! Delivered direct to your door for easy preparation. Serves 2.

Our Cookout Dinner for Two includes:

12 - Coney Island Dogs: all-beef mini franks with tangy mustard and sauerkraut, hand-wrapped into Phyllo dough
2 - Beef Filet Mignon (5 oz.): highest-quality filets, from the center of the loin, are wet-aged for a juicy, refined beef flavor
1 - Macaroni & Cheese Casserole (20 oz.): a rich harmony of cream, aged Cheddar, panko bread crumbs, seasonings, and perfectly "al dente" penne pasta
1 - Chocolate Swirl Cake: moist, tender chocoalte cake filled with a sweet cream icing

Coney Island Dogs: Do not microwave. Do not bake in plastic trays. For safety purposes, the product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Bake on center rack for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Beef Filet Mignon: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.
Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium, and 8 minutes per side for well-done.
Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Macaroni & Cheese:
Microwave: Cut a 1" slit in the film. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the film and place the tray on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 minutes if thawed) until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. The internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: Do not overcook. Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Chocolate Swirl Cake: Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. Thaw 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate or freeze any leftover cake roll.
