Original 3 oz. Pork Schnitzel: Store and bake from frozen.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through. Oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. Product should reach an internal temperature of 158°F.

Revised 4 oz. Pork Schnitzel: Bake from frozen.
Preheat oven to 375°F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest before serving.
