A versatile and delicious dish, these scallops are full of rich ocean flavors. Featuring Peruvian raw scallops with a Key West lemon juice flavored butter, and Italian herbs, they’re terrific on their own as a starter, entrée, or even served over pasta.

Thaw for 24 hours under refrigeration.

Take scallops out of package and place on a greased baking dish. Bake for 8-10 min. at 400°F. Rotate baking dish halfway through for even cooking. Salt to taste.
