Conventional oven: For best results thaw prior to cooking. Remove entree from plastic before thawing; Thaw for approximately one hour at room temperature, or 24 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place entree in lightly oiled baking pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
