Preparation Ingredients Nutritional Reviews

Our Salmon Wellington has revised preparation instructions. You may receive the original or revised version for your order.

Original: Remove plastic film before cooking.
Position a rack in the upper third of an oven and preheat to 375°F. Place the frozen salmon wellington on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake, until the pastry is golden brown for 30-40 minutes and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center, registers 158°F. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Revised:
Oven (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Place the product on the middle shelf of the oven. Allow to heat for 28 minutes until the product reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
