Experience the warmth and richness of a classic Seafood Gumbo, straight from the heart of Cajun country. Crafted from a time-honored recipe passed down through generations, this authentic Seafood Gumbo soup delivers an unparalleled taste of Louisiana’s culinary heritage.

This flavorful gumbo features the sweetness of tender succulent shrimp and sweet blue claw crabmeat, combined with smoky andouille sausage, onions, celery, bell pepper, and garlic. Together, these ingredients are simmered low and slow in a savory gumbo base known as a roux—the result is a quintessential bayou experience that is both hearty and delicious.

Gumbo has a storied history in Louisiana, blending French, Spanish, and African influences into a beloved dish that captures the essence of Creole and Cajun cuisine. Traditionally enjoyed as a comforting soup or stew, it is as versatile as it is delicious—whether as an appetizer, a light lunch, or a satisfying dinner delivered.

For an even more authentic Louisiana experience, order our Seafood Gumbo delivered with our Louisiana Gumbo and some savory Hush Puppies for a bayou-inspired feast. The soft, buttery texture of the Hush Puppies perfectly complements the rich, savory flavors of gumbo, creating a complete Southern meal.

Keep frozen.

Run bags under cool water to separate them. Do not force bags apart. Place frozen bags into the boiling water. Once the water has returned to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Hold bags at 200°F for 15-20 minutes to thaw and heat thoroughly.

Stirring to separate the bags during the heating process should be done with a smooth edged plastic or wooden spoon. Sharp objects and metal tongs may puncture the bag. Carefully remove the bag from the hot water, trying not to puncture the bags.
