Flatiron steaks are cut from the shoulder, so they are rich and full of lip-smacking goodness. One of the more flavorful cuts, they are hearty and meaty, yet still quite tender. A wonderful cut for everyday, they are also easily jazzed up for special occasions. Each steak is 6 oz. (Six - 6 oz. )
