Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, the Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the pastry blossoms 1/2 inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake them on the center rack for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Filet Mignon: Thaw the gourmet beef entree overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill or pan fry the Filet Mignon for about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the tops of the crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake the gourmet crab cakes for approximately 27-32 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw the crab cakes completely under refrigeration
Preheat the pan on medium heat with one teaspoon of oil or butter. Cook the crab cakes covered in a frying pan at medium temperature for approximately four to six minutes per side. The crab cakes may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking them for a longer period of time.

Twice Baked PotatoPrepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the unwrapped potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°F. The ridges will be browned, and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave Instructions: Remove the plastic wrap from the potatoes, and heat in the microwave for three and a half to four minutes, to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Molten Chocolate Cake: Prepare from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven to 410°F. Place the Molten Chocolate Cake on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake the gourmet cake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Adjust the cooking time depending on the power of your microwave oven.
