From thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from box and remove film covering tray. Cook on a baking sheet for 40-45 minutes. Microwave: Remove tray from box and slice the center of the film covering tray. Place tray in microwave and cook on high for 7-8 minutes.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from box and slice center of film covering tray. Cook on a baking sheet for 55-60 minutes. Microwave: Remove tray from box and slice the center of the film covering tray. Place tray in microwave and cook on high for 11-12 minutes.
*Do not cook in microwave below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly. Use oven preparation instead. If not using a turntable rotate once during cooking.
