This dinner is comfort food at its finest. Begin the meal with two of our best-selling individual Kobe meatloaves, packed with flavor and wrapped in bacon to stay moist and tender. Crème fraiche mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach with pine nuts provide the perfect complement to the tender Kobe beef. For the finale, our intensely satisfying chocolate crème cake roll for a sweet ending to a heart-warming meal.

Crème Fraiche Mashed Potatoes, 32 oz.

Kobe Meatloaf: From Frozen: Place meatloaf on a well greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven of 375°F. Bake for 45 minutes or until Internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve. From Thawed: Cook at 375°F. for 25 minutes.
Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Sauteer Spinach With Pine Nuts: Cook from frozen Microwave: Remove film from the tray. Microwave for 12-14 minutes. Stir halfway through heating time. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on cookie sheet. Cook 45 - 50 minutes. Stir halfway through heating time. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve. Do not overcook. Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.
Chocolate Creme Cake Roll: Thaw and serve.
