Palmiers (French for “palm tree”), are a classic pastry so simple and delicious, they must be French. Their rich buttery flavor defies their authentic simplicity. Featuring flaky puff pastry, butter, and cane sugar, these make for a wonderful end to any meal but play equally well as a snack or breakfast treat. Bake from a frozen state. Do not thaw prior to baking. Place pastries on a parchment lined sheet pan lightly coated with a non-stick cooking spray. Maintain ample space on paper between individual palmiers to allow for product expansion during baking. Bake at 375°F for approximately 24 minutes.
