Best if cooked from a thawed state (thaw under refrigeration). Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove from plastic trays and place on baking sheet 1/2 inch apart. Cover pan with aluminum foil to keep buns from crisping-can also add moisture to the bun pan with a small pot of water in the oven during cooking. Depending on the number of pieces and oven, cooking time may vary. 10-12 minutes approximate. Do not microwave.
