Roasted Turkey Complete Holiday Dinner



Make entertaining effortless this holiday season with a complete dinner including an entree, side dishes, appetizer, and dessert. Note: we recommend allowing two days to thaw the turkey.

25 - Asparagus Asiago Spears: fresh asparagus spears and nutty Asiago cheese, all wrapped in a flaky phyllo crust
1  - Roasted Turkey (9-11 lbs.): premium turkey pre-seasoned, basted, and fully cooked
2 - Traditional Stuffing (32 oz. each): rich with aromatic flavors of celery and onions, and a traditional poultry seasoning
1 - Homestyle Turkey Gravy (32 oz.): made with the traditional base of turkey stock with a touch of shallot and balance of seasonings

1 - Green Bean Almondine (24 oz.): a tray of tender green beans that are smaller and sweeter, mixed with toasted almonds for a nutty crunch, and finished with a touch of butter and seasonings
2 - British Sticky Toffee Pudding: individual dense, moist cake served with an intense buttery toffee sauce

Roasted Turkey: Thaw thoroughly.
Remove the plastic wrapper and preheat the oven to 350°F. Wrap in foil and place on a roasting tray. Bake in the oven for 60-75 minutes.

Traditional Stuffing: Keep traditional stuffing frozen until ready to bake.
Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil, and place tray on baking sheet. If frozen (preferred method), cook for 35-40 minutes (or 15-20 from thawed), or until fully heated through. Stir halfway through heating time. The product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.

Asparagus Asiago Spears: For best results cook from frozen.
Remove from plastic tray and wrap. Place on to a baking pan about 1/2" apart. Bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes for a conventional oven. The product should be light golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on the calibration of the oven and the number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.

Turkey Gravy: Thaw gravy under refrigeration overnight.
Pour contents into saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.

Sticky Toffee Pudding:
Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated oven 350°F for 20 minutes. Containers are oven-proof. Some sauce may leak out, simply scoop up and spoon over the top!
