Overview

This complete dinner is ideal for unexpected guests, families with a new baby, or friends in need of a break from cooking.

Includes:
15 - Brie & Raspberry En Croûte: bites of creamy brie and sweet raspberries baked in puff pastry
4 - Stuffed Chicken Breast (8 oz. each): made by hand, each piece is stuffed with rich, creamy Fontina cheese and sweet baby spinach, then rolled in French breadcrumbs
1 - Macaroni & Cheese Casserole (20 oz.): is a rich harmony of bechamel, a sharp blend of fine artisan aged cheeses, and perfectly "al dente" penne pasta.
4 - Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes: individual bittersweet chocolate cakes with molten chocolate filling

Stuffed Chicken Breast: Defrost overnight under refrigeration. Remove from packaging and place on a greased sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 Minutes, or until fully cooked. An internal temperature of 168°F must be reached. Ovens vary, adjust accordingly.

Brie & Raspberry En Croute: From Frozen: Bake in a Pre-Heated 400°F Conventional Oven for 20-22 minutes or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165°F as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.

Macaroni & Cheese: Cook from frozen. Remove film.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven at 375°F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake on middle rack for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble and the product reaches 165°F. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven; contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving.

Microwave: Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until the product reaches 165°F. Contents will be very hot. Let set up to 5 minutes before serving.

Ovens vary; cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to bake.

Molten Chocolate Cakes: Prepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Microwave: Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 45 seconds at 850W power (HIGH, adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven).
