Stuffed Turkey Roast Complete Dinner - Medium

25 - Asparagus Asiago Spears: fresh asparagus spears and nutty Asiago cheese, all wrapped in a flaky phyllo crust
2 - Stuffed Turkey Roasts (2-2.5 lbs. each): premium turkey breast is butterflied and rolled, then stuffed with a delicious dried cranberry, blanched almonds, apple, and sage stuffing

Asparagus Asiago Spears: For best results cook from frozen. Remove from plastic tray and wrap. Place on to a baking pan about 1/2" apart. Bake at 400°F for a total of 15-18 minutes for a conventional oven. The product should be light golden brown in color. Cooking times may vary depending on the calibration of the oven and the number of pieces cooking. Do not microwave.

Stuffed Turkey Roast: When thawing, please do so under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove from packaging and place in a baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. From thawed: Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. From Frozen: Bake for approximately 60 to 65 minutes. Equipment varies. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Caution: Baking dish and contents will be hot.

Sweet Potato Casserole: From Thawed: (Preferred Method) Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid from the tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet a place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid from the tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet a place on the middle rack. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Homestyle Turkey Gravy: Thaw gravy under refrigeration overnight. Pour contents into saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.

Pumpkin Cognac Cheesecake: Thaw under refrigeration and serve slightly chilled.
