Steak and Crab Cake Dinner for Two



Give an unforgettable gift or just treat yourself to a great meal. Dinner for Two includes a whole pint of Cream of Crab soup, two 3 oz. Perfect Crab Cakes, two 10 oz. New York strip steaks, a 20 oz. serving of our delicious macaroni and cheese and two individual chocolate soufflés. You won't walk away hungry with this Dinner for Two.

Cream of Crab Soup, one pint
Perfect Crab Cakes, two 3 oz.

Cream of Crab: Thaw product under refrigeration for 12-24 hours prior to cooking. Stove top: Use a double boiler or saucepan. Set burner to low/medium heat while stirring product continually until soup simmers and reaches 165°F. Be careful not to break up the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat. Microwave: Use microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4-5 minutes stirring at 1 minute intervals until product is heated through and reaches 165°F.

Filets: Cook from thawed. Thaw completely under refrigeration. Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes per side for well-done. Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.

Perfect Crab Cakes:  From frozen: Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 27-32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for last 2-4 minutes of baking.

Mac & Cheese: Keep frozen prior to baking. Remove film. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling throughout pan and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks evenly, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven, contents will be very hot. Let set for up to 5 minutes before serving.

Chocolate Soufflés: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove all plastic wrap and wipe the edge of the ramekin to remove any mix. Place on baking sheet. If frozen, bake approximately 22-24 minutes. If thawed, bake 18-20 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on calibration of oven.
