Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped to arrive within 7 business days of selected ship date. Your cost per address is determined by the merchandise value. Delivery dates may be impacted by volume and or extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your order arrives on time, we reserve the right to ship standard packages early.

Expedited Delivery: Add $8.95 per address to our Standard Shipping charges.

  • Before 11am EST Monday – Wednesday: Orders will arrive by 8pm on the second or third day
  • After 11am EST Wednesday: Orders will ship the following Monday to arrive Wednesday or Thursday

Overnight Delivery: Add $24.95 per address to our Standard Shipping charges.

  • Before 11am EST Monday - Thursday: Orders will arrive by 8pm EST the following day

Saturday Delivery: Add $29.95 per address to our Standard Shipping charges.

  • Must be placed before Friday at 11am EST
Please note that Saturday Delivery is not available to all locations

Delivery Outside the Continental United States: Add $24.95 to the Standard Delivery for orders to Hawaii. Mackenzie Salmon is available for delivery to the United Kingdom and the shipping fee is $30.00 per address.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs
  • We do not ship to Alaska.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, including 2-day and overnight.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
We highly encourage you to ship your order early for the holidays to avoid potential delays due to high demand or inclement weather.

Standard: Order by Wednesday, November 18 at 11:00 am EST
Rush: Order by Monday, November 23 at 11:00 am EST

Standard: Order by Wednesday, December 16 at 11:00 am EST
Rush: Order by Monday, December 21 at 11:00 am EST

When Your Order Arrives:
1: Check your cooler for Dry Ice: Dry ice evaporates during shipping. If there is none left and your order is cold, everything is okay. If there is any dry ice remaining, handle it carefully with gloves and let it dissipate outdoors.
2: Confirm your order is correct: Check your order number and the item list on the shipping label – make sure all the boxes in your cooler match the order. If there is an issue with your delivery, please call customer service at 1-800-282-2722 between 8am and 4pm EST within 24 hours of receipt. Please do not dispose of any items, even perishable ones until you have spoken with Customer Service.
To meet your requested delivery schedule, it may be necessary to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
3: Transfer to freezer: Most items should be stored in your freezer below 32°F until you are ready to prepare them. Please read instructions on each box, as some items should not be kept frozen.

Resolution of reported issues may include replacement of the product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund. If we require a shipment to be picked up and returned to our office, the customer must make the product available in good condition and in the original container or the refund will not be honored. We cannot accept returns of perishable food.
The following reasons are not covered under our refund policy:

  • Orders that are refused when the delivery attempts are made
  • Orders that are redirected by customer
  • Orders with incomplete or invalid addresses
  • Orders that are sent to recipients not available to accept packages in a timely manner on the day that it arrives
  • Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled by contacting customer service seven business days prior to the requested ship date of the order (during the month of December, we require ten business days prior notice). We do recommend that you enjoy our products within 90 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept cash, and we do not ship COD. Please allow two weeks clearance for all orders paid by check or money order. The payment method used when completing your order will be charged at the time the order is placed.
