From thawed: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Place empanada in sprayed pan and place in preheated oven; on the middle shelf. Allow to cook for 14 minutes and until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 1 minute.

Filling: (Cooked Shrimp and Vegetables [Shrimp {Shrimp, Salt, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Citrate}, Tomato, Onion, Canola Oil, Jalapeno, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin], Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes and Powdered Cellulose {To Prevent Caking}], Honey, Key Lime Juice, Cilantro),
