These mini spring rolls are light, but packed with flavor. They are creatively assembled with large chunks of shrimp, aromatic cilantro leaves, and a kick of Asian spice. Great as a starter or a snack any time, and one of our new favorites. 18 pieces.

Best if cooked from a frozen state.Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking tray with parchment paper. Place rolls seam side down on tray and brush surface lightly with oil to prevent the "uncooked" look. Place in oven for 25-35 minutes until rolls are golden and crisp. Do not microwave.
