Herb Roasted Beets
Earthy and delicious, these beets are done to perfection. Roasted in olive oil with shallots, rosemary, and a touch of balsamic vinegar until they have the perfect bite to them, with a hint of honey to bring out a touch of sweetness. The result is divine—one of the best we’ve ever tried. Magnificent alongside an entrée, as a salad topping, or just by themselves. Each 24 oz. casserole serves 4-6.
