Pork Crown Roast: Completely thaw the pork roast under refrigeration 48 to 72 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. The twine on the pork roast can be left on the product before cooking, but it should be removed before consumption. Remove the stuffing pack from the center of the Pork Crown Roast, and allow the roast to sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Season the roast with olive oil, and coat with salt and pepper. Place the Pork Crown Roast on a rack or in a roasting pan. Then, place the pork entrée in the center of the oven for approximately 2 hours or until the internal temperature is 145°F. Let the pork roast rest for 10 minutes.

Stuffing: Thaw the stuffing in the refrigerator.
Remove the apple stuffing from the bag, and place it in an oven-safe pan. Spread the stuffing evenly, and cover it with tin foil. Bake the stuffing for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once cooked, place the stuffing back in the center of the Pork Crown Roast, and enjoy.
