1 - Cajun Fried Turkey Breast (3.5-4 lbs.): incredibly moist and juicy with a hint of Cajun spices
3 - Vegetable Potato Medley (1 lb. bags): par-fried potato rounds mixed with tender asparagus, button mushrooms and green beans flavored with oil, parsley and garlic
2 - Cranberry Sausage Stuffing (32 oz. each): trays of traditional bread stuffing, with a gourmet lift of cranberries and rich pork sausage
1 - Homestyle Turkey Gravy (32 oz.): made with the traditional base of turkey stock with a touch of shallot and balance of seasonings
1 - Caramel Apple Pie (4 lbs.) features juicy apples, perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, all baked in an impossibly flaky crust with a caramel topping

Brie & Raspberry En Croute: From Frozen bake in a Pre-Heated 400 °F Conventional Oven for 20-22 minutes or Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165 °F as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.

Fried Turkey Breast: Turkey arrives fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the plastic wrap, leave it in the foil (this foil helps hold all the moisture in the turkey breast). Place the breast in a pan, slide in the oven, and re-heat for 30-45 minutes. Peel the foil back, slice, and serve.

Turkey Gravy: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately. Boil (from frozen): Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches the desired temperature. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.

Vegetable Potato Medley:

Skillet: Cook from frozen. Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.  

Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.  To ensure food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. 

Cranberry Sausage Stuffing: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

 Caramel Apple Pie:

From Frozen: Let "Pie in a Bag'' thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours.

To Reheat: To serve warm, place pie on baking sheet and heat at 425°F for 8 minutes. Slicing: Use an electric or serrated knife to slice to preserve the crunchy top crust.
