We've done all the hard work, so all you have to do is turn on your oven! To begin the meal, Brie & Mostarda Puffs. The main course features our Cajun Fried Turkey Breast, incredibly moist and juicy with a hint of Cajun spices. Our Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole and Cranberry and Sausage Stuffing are the perfect compliments, along with Homestyle Turkey Gravy. For dessert, an award winning Apple Pie. Please note, the Turkey Breast requires 2 days to thaw. This meal serves 6-8.

Preparation
Brie & Mostarda Puffs: Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 425°F for 10 minutes. Remove from packaging and place tray on a lined baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown on the top. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Do not microwave or bake in a toaster oven. Oven times may vary. Keep frozen until ready to bake. For food safety and best product quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Fried Turkey Breast: Turkey arrives fully cooked and can be eaten hot or cold.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Remove the plastic wrap, leave it in the foil (this foil helps hold all the moisture in the turkey breast). Place the breast in a pan, slide in the oven and re-heat for 30-45 minutes. Peel the foil back, slice and serve.

Turkey Gravy: Thaw pouch under refrigeration overnight. Cut open the pouch and place contents in a small saucepan. Discard the plastic pouch. Warm under low to medium heat until gravy begins to bubble; 10-15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Boil (from frozen): Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add pouch to boiling water. When water returns to boil, reduce heat so the water is just simmering. Simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the gravy reaches desired temperature. Transfer to bowl and serve immediately.

Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole: Keep frozen until ready use. Oven: Open the bag and pour the frozen content in a shallow ceramic baking dish so that the contents are about 1" from the top. The size will depend on how much you are cooking, as you can cook as little as you like or the entire bag. If cooking the entire bag, cook in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, until warm and bubbly and lightly brown on top. Optionally you can top with breadcrumbs halfway through baking for added elegance. Be careful when removing the dish from the oven to prevent burn risk. Let casserole stand about 5 minutes before serving.
Cranberry Sausage Stuffing: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Apple Pie: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place pie on baking sheet and bake for approximately 55 minutes. Cooking times may vary as all ovens are calibrated differently.
Do not let bag touch side of oven or heating element.
