Bake from frozen.
Preheat conventional oven to 375°F. Discard plastic wrap and place oven-safe tray onto a lined baking sheet. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, uncover, stir then finish baking for 10-20 minutes uncovered or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
