Marinated Flat Iron Steak Dinner For Four

Marinated Flat Iron Steaks: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place steaks on a hot, oiled grill and cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium. The internal temperature for medium is 130–140°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Stovetop: Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 5–6 minutes per side for medium, and 7–8 minutes per side for well-done. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Stuffed Mushrooms: Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Unwrap frozen Stuffed Mushrooms and place them in a greased baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Triple Berry Tarts: Bake from frozen.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tarts from their wrapping and place on a greased or lined baking sheet in the middle of the oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the center is warm.

Microwave: Heat one frozen tart at a time. Remove from wrapping and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 50–60 seconds or until the center is warm.
