Carolina BBQ Chicken Wings
From thawed.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425'F. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Place on baking sheet, do not allow to touch. Bake 15 minutes. flip, bake another 15 minutes until hot and crispy. Let the wings rest for 3-5 minutes then serve.
Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 390'F. Do not stack product. Cook until hot and crispy for about 7-9 minutes.
Fried Pickles
Keep frozen until ready to use. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165ºF. Do not prepare in microwave. Appliances vary. Adjust cook time as needed.
Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (12oz.) or 6 to 8 minutes (6oz.), turning halfway through baking, until golden brown and crispy. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray. Portion 12 or 6 oz. of product in a single layer on the pan. Bake 12 oz. for 10 to 12 minutes. Or 6 oz. for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through baking, until golden brown and crispy.
Pretzels and Beer Cheese
Pretzels: From frozen, bake in oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes. If desired, moisten pretzel with small amount of water and sprinkle with salt, according to taste
Cheese Dip: Thaw bag in bowl of water for 20-30 minutes. Remove bag and empty cheese into microwave safe container.
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir cheese and microwave for 45-60 additional seconds or until cheese reaches 165° F.
