Sliced Turkey Breast Dinner

Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw kit overnight under refrigeration.

Turkey: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tray from the packaging. Peel back corner of film to vent. Place tray on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes until turkey reaches a minimum of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer and heated throughout. Remove from the oven and rest 2 minutes before serving. Use caution as product and packaging will be hot.

Gravy: In a saucepan, place pouch and enough water to cover the pouch. Bring water to a gentle boil for 6-8 minutes, until gravy reaches a minimum temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer and heated throughout. Carefully remove pouch with a slotted spoon and rest for 2 minutes. Carefully cut open the pouch and pour gravy into serving container. Use caution as product and packaging will be hot.
