Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove hen from pouch and place in a small baking pan. Discard the plastic pouch. If frozen, bake for 40-55 minutes (or 20-25 minutes thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly brown on top. Product internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
Do not overcook. Not recommended for microwave.
