Carolina BBQ Chicken Wings
The humble chicken wing is taken to new heights here. Extra-large chicken wings (about 6-7 per pound) are pre-grilled and cooked under high heat, resulting in crispy skin and moist white meat. Lightly coated with a smoky and sweet Carolina barbecue sauce, simply heat and serve with a ranch or blue cheese dressing for a treat worth its weight in gold. So good.
From Thawed Oven: Preheat oven to 42S'F. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Place on baking sheet, do not allow to touch. Bake 15 minutes. flip, bake another 15 minutes until hot and crispy. rest for 3-5 minutes then serve Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 39O'F. Do not stack product. Cook until hot and crispy for about 7-9 minutes. |
