Remove from packaging. Conventional Oven Bake from frozen at 400⁰F for 20-22 minutes OR until internal temperature is 145⁰F. Place on a sheet pan (please spray sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray). Spray top of the product with nonstick cooking spray.
