Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes, 32 oz., - serves 4-6
Macaroni & Cheese, two 20 oz. pans - each serves 2-4
Pesto Formaggio Risotto, one 24 oz. casserole - serves 4-6.
Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts, 26 oz. - serves 4-6.
Eastern Shore Corn Casserole, two 30 oz. containers - serves 8-10.
Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin, one 24 oz. tray - serves 4-6.

Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Macaroni & Cheese: Conventional oven: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Preheat oven at 375°. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven: Contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Pesto Formaggio Risotto: Conventional oven: Remove tray from wrapper. Put in preheated 350°F oven. Heat for 45 minutes until heated through (or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached). Microwave: Remove tray from wrapper. Heat on high for 5 minutes or until rice is warmed through.

Sauteed Spinach With Pine Nuts: Cook from frozen Microwave: Remove film from the tray. Microwave for 12-14 minutes. Stir halfway through heating time. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on cookie sheet. Cook 45 - 50 minutes. Stir halfway through heating time. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve. Do not overcook. Note: Stove tops and cookware vary. Heating time is approximate.

Eastern Shore Creamed Corn: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Remove plastic from tray. Place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet and bake for 44-50 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!

Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin: Conventional oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F). Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
