Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Macaroni & Cheese: Conventional oven: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Preheat oven at 375°F. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven: Contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Sweet Potato Casserole: From Thawed: (Preferred Method) Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid from tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Creamed Spinach: Convention oven: Bake from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of oven. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven. Microwave: Make small holes in film. Cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Rotate. Continue Cooking on 50% power for 5-7 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes after cooking before removing from microwave. Carefully remove tray from microwave and carefully remove film.
Eastern Shore Creamed Corn: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic from tray. Place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet and bake for 44-50 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
Broccoli-Parmesan Gratin: Conventional oven: Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrapper. Put tray in oven and heat for 45-50 minutes (internal temperature of at least 165°F). Do not heat tray at temperature over 350°F. Must be heated before consumption. Do not use convection or toaster oven. Microwave is not recommended.
