A classic hors d’oeuvre that will have them singing your praises. Large, tender sea scallops lightly wrapped in smoky bacon for a divine treat that will delight the senses. Simply bake and serve for an elegant appetizer, or makes a great entree as well. You get twenty 1 oz. Bacon Wrapped Scallops total, serves 8-10 as an appetizer or up to 6 as a special dinner entree.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen Bacon Wrapped Scallops from package and place on parchmemt lined baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake 18-22 minutes until bacon is crisp and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
