Mushroom & Garlic Brie en Croûte: Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Remove plastic. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.

Apple Pecan Brie en Croûte: Thaw product completely (overnight in the fridge).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet with raised edges and bake approximately 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Some cheese may seep out during cooking. Let brie rest 5-10 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
