Oven: Bake from frozen.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Remove the frozen Fried Calamari from the packaging, and place it in a single layer on a sheet pan for baking. After preheating, place the sheet pan on the center oven rack. Bake the panko breaded calamari for about 6 minutes on each side for a total of about 12 minutes or until the Fried Calamari is golden brown and crispy.

Deep Fry: Fry from frozen.
Preheat cooking oil to 360°F. Place the gourmet Fried Calamari in a deep fryer for about 3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Air Fry: Heat from frozen.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Bake the breaded Fried Calamari for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.

Sauce: Defrost sauce packets by running under cool water. Serve at room temperature.
