Classic Entree Sampler for Two



Our Classic Entrée is simply gourmet; these entrees are as good as you can find in any 5-star restaurant, all to be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.

2 - Beef Filet Mignon (5 oz.): highest-quality filets, from the center of the loin, are wet-aged for a juicy, refined beef flavor
4 - Pork Schnitzel (3 oz.): natural pork tenderloin is pounded thin, coated with seasoned breadcrumbs, and fried until golden brown, juicy, and tender
2 - Individual Classic Meatloaf (8 oz.): rich beef is mixed with onions, peppers, breadcrumbs, and Romano cheese and topped with a delectable tomato-brown sugar glaze
1 - Baby Back Pork Ribs (32 oz.): premium, lean, and meaty textured pork ribs are slow-roasted until they fall off the bone and basted with a tangy barbecue sauce

Beef Filet Mignon: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.

Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium, and 8 minutes per side for well-done.

Grill: Pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Pork Schnitzel: Store and bake from frozen.
Preheat oven to 350°F and bake schnitzel on a greased sheet pan for 10-12 minutes, or until heated through. Oven temperatures vary, adjust cooking time accordingly. The product should reach an internal temperature of 158°F.

Classic Meatloaf: Place meatloaf on a well-greased baking sheet and place in a pre-heated oven of 375°F degrees for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. carefully remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Baby Back Pork Ribs:
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Peel back the film and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, single layer, on a sheet or tray in the middle of the oven. Heat the ribs for approx. 25 minutes or until hot. Apply remaining sauce as desired. TIP: Line sheet or tray with aluminum foil to make cleanup easier. Extra sauce from the package can be spread over ribs prior to heating or applied after cooking.

Grill or Barbeque: Heat the grill or barbeque to approximately 375°F or medium heat. Peel back the film and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, either directly on the grill grate or use a sheet or tray to minimize clean up. Heat the ribs for approximately 25 minutes or until hot. Apply remaining sauce as desired.

Microwave: Peel back the film and remove the ribs from the package. Place the ribs, meat side up, single layer, into a microwavable container. The ribs may be cut into portions to the container. Cover the ribs with microwavable plastic or a paper towel. Heat the ribs on high for 4 to 6 minutes or until hot. Microwaves will vary according to power settings. Refer to your manual for specific settings. Carefully remove plastic from the container as hot steam may escape.
