Preferred Method: Thaw under refrigeration completely then bake in a pre-heated 350°F Conventional Oven for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer. From Frozen: Bake in a pre-heated 325°F Convectional Oven for 12 - 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer.
