Preparation
Genuine Honey Cured Ham: Fully cooked, just gently warm. Completely thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in roasting pan. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10-12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, which will result in dryness.

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Kisses: Cook from frozen. Remove from plastic wrap.Thoroughly preheat oven to 375°F. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

Broccoli & Cauliflower Casserole: Keep frozen until ready use. Oven: Open the bag and pour the frozen content in a shallow ceramic baking dish so that the contents are about 1" from the top. The size will depend on how much you are cooking, as you can cook as little as you like or the entire bag. If cooking the entire bag, cook in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, until warm and bubbly and lightly brown on top. Optionally you can top with breadcrumbs halfway through baking for added elegance. Be careful when removing the dish from the oven to prevent burn risk. Let casserole stand about 5 minutes before serving.

Scalloped Potato Gratin Casserole: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and lid and place on a baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 60-75 minutes (or 40-50 from thawed), or until fully heated throughout and slightly browned on top. Should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.

Caramel Apple Pie: Thaw at room temperature for up to 12 hours.
If you would like to serve the pie warm, please heat for 8-10 minutes at 425°F.
